Contribute To Our Empowerment Scheme

The youths are the backbone upon which any great society is built. Proper engagement and empowerment of youths will significantly increase productivity while similarly reducing the rate of violent crimes within communities. That is why Andy Young Foundation prioritizes the empowerment of young people.

Over the last couple of years, we’ve empowered and inspired youths to play active roles in the society by giving them the necessary skills to become better individuals contributing to society’s development.

Some of these empowerment outreaches include but not limited to the following;

Empowerment with Tricycles, Motorcycles and Mini Buses
Empowerment with garri processing machines to Sustain themselves.
Empowerment with tiling material, barbing material, and others.
Empowerment with Tailoring Materialand hair dressing materials, etc
Empowerment with Jobs or Money to start up businesses.

Over the last few years, we’ve also been able to reach out to women across the south east through our women empowerment programs. The empowerment of women in Mgbagbu-Owa community in Ezeagu Local Government area of Enugu state is the most recent of them. We were able to give out thirty thousand naira each to 116 women of the community to support themselves and their businesses in order to earn a livelihood for themselves and their families. Women Empowerment will always be very important to us at THE ANDY YOUNG FOUNDATION as we believe that empowering women will ensure the sustenance of any society’s future.
