The Andy Young Foundation remains dedicated to creating meaningful opportunities that promote the advancement and empowerment of youths and women within local communities. As part of its ongoing commitment to economic development, the foundation organizes a yearly empowerment program designed to support small businesses and encourage entrepreneurship. This initiative provides financial assistance and resources to individuals, enabling them to strengthen existing businesses or start new ventures.

During the most recent empowerment program held in Mgbagbu-Owa Local Government Area of Enugu State, the foundation provided seed funding to over 100 women, each receiving ₦40,000 to invest in and grow their businesses. In addition, more than 50 youths also benefited from the program, receiving the same amount of seed money along with essential resources to support their entrepreneurial activities.

Through this initiative, the Andy Young Foundation continues to help transform entrepreneurial dreams into reality. Beneficiaries have used the support to expand small-scale enterprises, launch innovative ventures, and improve their livelihoods. By empowering youths and women with financial support and encouragement, the foundation is not only fostering self-reliance but also contributing to sustainable economic growth and development within the community.
